Everyone's Gang Office Revamp

OMNIA was asked to project manage this retrofit project to enhance the office and create a vibrant, welcoming and functional space for Everyone's Gang to work from.

Project Overview

Everyone’s Gang is a youth-focused community interest group with a growing team and an expanding outreach. Their mission is to inspire, educate, and guide the next generation toward brighter futures through bespoke, impactful programs tailored to their specific needs. They approached OMNIA with a vision to breathe new life into their outdated and underutilised office space, and transform it into a vibrant, multifunctional environment that better supports collaboration, creativity, and community engagement.

The existing office was a tired empty space with worn carpet tiles, plain walls, and no clear identity. The brief was to create a vibrant, flexible environment that reflected the group’s energy and values - something far removed from the dated, underutilised room they were working with.

Project Execution

OMNIA worked closely with the Everyone’s Gang team to completely reimagine their workspace. As Principal Designer OMNIA developed the design and specifications for the space, ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.

As Project Manager, we coordinated all aspects of delivery, overseeing procurement, scheduling, site logistics, and managing the appointed contractor to bring the vision to life.

Scope of Works:

Interior Redesign: We transformed the space from a plain, underused room into a dynamic lounge and breakout area, as well as an adjacent recreational zone.
Flooring Installation: Replaced the stained and patchy carpet tiles with high-quality, modern carpet tiles in the lounge, and durable epoxy flooring in the games area.
Feature Wall Painting: Introduced striking fuchsia feature walls to inject bold character and align with the brand’s identity.
New Furnishings: Sourced and arranged contemporary sofas, breakout chairs, and coffee tables to create multiple casual seating areas.
Wall Graphics & Signage: Custom signage, including Everyone’s Gang branding and wall art, were added to reflect the organisation’s culture.
Lighting Upgrade: Installed modern LED lighting throughout for better ambiance and energy efficiency.
Games & Recreation Zone: Created an engaging social area featuring arcade machines, a pool table, and display areas for retro vehicles - transforming an empty corridor into a high-energy entertainment space.

Challenges & Solutions

One of the main challenges was working within the sloped ceiling structure and limited natural lighting. Our team addressed this by using vibrant colours, thoughtful layout planning, and a carefully designed lighting to brighten and energise the environment.

We also managed logistical constraints, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining programme delivery despite the unique shape and footprint of the space.

The Outcome

The finished result is a bold, engaging, and functional space that reflects the passionate, community-first spirit of Everyone’s Gang. The refurbished lounge area supports informal meetings and collaboration, while the games zone offers a much-needed place for downtime, adding a unique cultural element to the workspace.

By overseeing the full project lifecycle from design to delivery, OMNIA ensured a smooth, on-budget transformation that exceeded client expectations.

Everyone’s Gang now enjoys a multifunctional headquarters that boosts morale, inspires collaboration and social connection, but also strengthens their identity as a youth-focused, vibrant organisation.
